Does it really cost my business nothing?
Yes. We own the machine and cover installation, products, restocking, repairs and payment processing. You provide the floor space and a standard electrical outlet.
How much space and power does a machine need?
About 40 inches wide and 36 inches deep, plus room for the door to open. A standard 110V grounded outlet within six feet is all that's needed.
What areas do you serve?
All of the Chicago suburbs, including the North Shore, Northwest, West, Southwest and South suburbs. Use the town checker in the service area section, or just call and ask.
Is my location a good fit?
Most locations with 25 or more people on site each day are a great fit. If you're smaller, reach out anyway. A combo machine often works well.
How often is it restocked?
Each machine reports its inventory to us in real time, so we restock based on what's selling rather than a fixed calendar. Busy locations are typically serviced weekly.
What if the machine breaks or takes someone's money?
Call or text the number on the machine and we'll respond within one business day. Refunds for any failed purchase are handled quickly, no questions asked.
Can you get a specific type of machine?
Very likely. Beyond snacks and drinks, we source coffee, trading card, phone charging, frozen treat, personal care and arcade machines, among others. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll do our best to get it for your location.
Can we choose what goes in it?
Absolutely. We start with a proven mix and tune it based on sales and your team's requests. Healthy, local or specialty items are easy to add.
Is there a contract?
We keep it simple with a short placement agreement. If it's not working for you, let us know and we'll remove the machine at no charge.
